Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, hair extensions, closures, and frontals cannot be returned if opened or worn.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return
